My goal as a couples therapist is that both you and your partner feel equally supported and validated. I strive to be a safe person for both of you to confide in and be your true selves. I appreciate the structure and approachability of the Gottman Method, and the warm and slow paced elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy. The combination of these methods will provide you and your partner the space to reconnect and learn more about each other, as well as gain practical skills and tools to foster healthier communication and cycles of interaction.
