Do you accept insurance?
I am considered an “out of network” provider. This gives us the freedom to meet for as long as you need, without the added stress of insurance dictating length of sessions, course of treatment, or sharing your personal information with third parties. If you would like to use your benefits, I will aid you in the reimbursement process. Please check with your insurance about out of network benefits. Some plans cover partial or full sessions through reimbursement.
How much does therapy cost?
Good therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships. I want therapy to be affordable and accessible to the most amount of people.
Individual Session: $150
Couples Session: $165 for 55 minutes, $250 for 90 minute intensives
Pre Marital Session: $165 for 55 minutes, $250 for 90 minutes *Inquire about package options if you’d like to pay up front rather than per session.

What is SYMIBS?
SYMBIS, or Save Your Marriage Before it Starts, is an evidence based, research backed pre marital assessment. You and your partner will each take the assessment separately from one another before we meet. It takes about 30 minutes to complete and is a series of questions used to point out your strengths and weaknesses as a couple, and acts as a guide map of how we focus our time together. You can take the assessment if you are not yet engaged.
The assessment costs $35 per couple. More information can be found here: https://www.symbis.com/faq/
